High-Accuracy Corrective Thermometer Developed by CISDI

The high-accuracy corrective thermometer developed by CISDI in-house has been successfully manufactured.

Technical Problems Addressed
Hard bias is a typical problem for mass application of conventional thermal-resistance thermometer, such as early bias due to difference in purity of measuring material, error of reference resistance and heterogeneity of wires, latter bias due to manufacture, installation and environmental changes, and even accidental bias during signal connection, transmission and conversion. All these factors will affect the accuracy of temperature detection, so conventional thermocouple type thermometer is not good enough for precise control.

CISDI has innovatively used its proprietary embedded digital analytical transmission and error correction technology in conventional temperature-measuring elements, featuring short route for temperature measurement, easy communication connection and strong resistance to disturbance without changing the outline. It can measure the temperature in range of -50 ~ 200℃, and the system accuracy is within ±0.05°C.

It can be used for all contact type temperature measurement applications in the same way as the conventional thermal resistance type thermometer. It is suitable for occasions where the temperature difference is slim (heat load monitoring) and the temperature field distribution is delicate. The information is transmitted by one network, which is good for mechanical-electric integration and intelligentialization revamping, and this advantages can be even enhanced if works with computer model.
